The best way to evenly dehydrate all of the fruits is to cut them into uniform pieces and dehydrate them all at the same time.
Place the pieces in a strainer once they’ve been sliced. To remove any ice and partially thaw the fruit, gently rinse it with water. Allow about 10 minutes for the fruit to drain properly in the strainer.
Connect the dehydrator to the outlet and place the fruit in the dehydrator basket or tray. Make sure that all of the fruit pieces are evenly spaced.
Make sure the tray isn’t too full. If the dehydrator’s design permits for stacking, you can divide the fruit into multiple levels.
Simply set the temperature to 135°F or as instructed on the machine or in the manual once all of the fruit has been added. Start the dehydrator and set it for 9 to 12 hours.
After 6 hours, take a look to see if everything is proceeding according to plan.
Check on the fruit after 9 hours to see how they’re doing. You’ve successfully dehydrated frozen fruit if it has shrunk and shrunk in size while remaining malleable and dry.
